Fridays—March, 3, 10, 24, 31; April 7, 14, 21, 28; May 5, 12, 19, 26 9:30am to 10:45am
Mondays—March 6, 13, 20, 27 9:30am to 10:45am
For adults. This class will explore the many joys of yoga. Breathing synchronized with movement will warm the body and relax the mind. All levels are welcome. Come weekly or for just one class. Advance registration is required; call 973.228.8776. Dress comfortably and bring your own mat. (Monday classes run October through March.) Fee: $10 per class
